Easy Ways for online marketing using Twitter
Twitter presents an incredible opportunity to build relationships with the leaders in your industry, and with your target market. It’s a social medium for exposure and connections, and a great way to know and be known. Keeping those connections active and mutually beneficial is the key.
Consider the ways that you can create “followbility” with your Twitter account.
Just like any marketing strategy, you have to ask yourself what it is that your target market wants or needs from you – and deliver exactly that. The only difference between Twitter and any other medium… is that you do that in 140 characters or less.
If you blog, you need great content to build a loyal readership that keeps coming back for more. If you own a mailing list, your emails have to contain some value to keep your subscribers opening them. The same holds true with Twitter. Constant self-promotional blasts will leave you with zero following.
Your reach is your most valuable asset. This is the number of people that you can reach online at any given time, that are specifically interested in what you have to offer. This may include your blog readers, newsletter subscribers, website visitors, your networks at Facebook and MySpace, and now… your followers on Twitter.com.
Twitter users are particularly sensitive to spam in their space. Blasting out self-promotional tweets consistently is a sure-fire way to get unfollowed - and fast. That doesn't mean that you cant include links and make announcements. It simply means that you have to be both creative and tasteful about it.
Done right, ‘tweeting’ is one of the easiest and best ways to gain exposure and drive live traffic to your blog or website. Not just visitor count mind you, but real people with specific interests who are genuinely interested in what you have to say on a particular topic.

If I had to wrap it up in a bite-size nugget, my advice would be:
Keep it real, make it fresh, interact and show some personality! Your tweets should contain a good mix of current news, opinions, conversations and announcements. Reference links are welcomed, so use them liberally but with good taste.
Of course it helps if there are people out there ‘listening’ when you post your tweets. Just like any other web property, you have to stake your claim and then build your following.
Not sure where to start? Here are five super-easy ways to get the ball rolling…
1. Create a reason to be followed
Set up your account and start tweeting. Contribute something original, useful, funny or interesting to your ideal ‘follower’. Most people will scan your profile before choosing to follow you, so make sure there’s something there to interest them at first glance.
2. Search for people you already know
Use the search box at the top of your Twitter screen to search for people you already know. If you find them on Twitter, follow them! Look for authorities/leaders in your niche, blog authors you enjoy, people you connect with on other websites, etc. Twitter is a very social site and people you follow will often follow you too.
3. Put the word out!
Invite people to follow you on Twitter. Blog about it. Mention it in your newsletter. Put out a MySpace bulletin. Add a Twitter widget to your Facebook profile. Let people know about this cool new way to stay in touch with you!
4. Get involved in the current discussions
Reply to tweets you find interesting. If they reply to your response and a dialogue gets started, your twitter link will end up on their profile page. A person with a strong following, or even a smaller but targeted following, could end up sending you several new loyal followers.
5. Be consistent and let it grow naturally
Do the first four steps consistently, and you’ll find that your Twitter following grows daily. Post a good mix of resources, humor & personality, news and updates throughout the week or even throughout the day.
Bonus Tip: Use your real name on your Twitter account – or the name people will most likely know you by online, such as a common username. This will help people find you easily when searching for you on Twitter or Google.

Sources said the producer was arrested on charges of threatening Reddy, who had complained to police in February this year that Ramesh along with Bhanu Kiran, threatened to kill him in 2008, after he demanded back his Rs.7.2 crore.
Bhanu Kiran is the prime accused in the murder of gangster Maddhelacheruvu Suri, a police source said.
The financier came forward to lodge a complaint after police started looking for Bhanu in connection with Suri's killing.
Ramesh is also facing charges of cheating proprietor of Shalimar Videos over the video rights of a film "Komaram Puli".
With the arrest of Ramesh, the police hopes to make progress in the investigations into Suri's killing.
Suri, a politician-turned-gangster from Anantapur district, was gunned down by his close aide Bhanu in Hyderabad Jan 3.
Bhanu himself still remains at large, though police arrested four of his associates.
Suri was the key accused in former Andhra Pradesh minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Paritala Ravi's murder in 2005.
The factional rivalry between the families of Suri and Ravi drew national attention last year after famous filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma made a film, "Rakhta Charitra", on their real life story.
The Baby-Jumping Colacho Festival
The Baby-Jumping Colacho Festival :
Since 1620 Castrillo de Murcia has celebrated Corpus Christi with an act that is known as El Colacho. The famously bizarre event sees grown men dressed as the Devil leaping over a row of babies lying in street.
The Catholic festival of Corpus Christi is celebrated all over Spain with processions, mystery plays and a wide variety of popular celebrations, but this one has to be the strangest. It is believed that as the incarnate devils jump they take all their evil with them and the children are cleansed.
The event's origins are vague, but the event is an example of the mix of traditional Spanish folklore and religon.
The celebrations continue for a few days but the most important day is the Sunday following Corpus Christi. The shadowy brotherhood Santisimo Sacramento de Minerva - the people responsible for organising the celebrations - also chase and terrorise anybody and everybody in the town at regular intervals throughout the day.

An ATM Machine That Dispenses Real Gold
Gold To Go – An ATM Machine That Dispenses Real Gold :
I know it sounds a “little” over the top, but in a place where wealthy sheiks come to drink cappuccinos topped with gold flakes, the gold-dispensing ATM machine fits right in.
Invented by German entrepreneur, Thomas Geisler, Gold To Go is an ATM, covered with a thin layer of gold, that dispenses 320 gold items, from small gold bars to customized coins. First tested in 2009, in Germany, the Gold To Go ATM is now set up in the Emirates Palace Hotel, in Abu-Dhabi, where the ceilings are coated in gold.
“All the gold is imported from Germany, and soon we will have a customized gold bar with a print of the Emirates Palace logo, which will be a nice souvenir for guests to take home,” said Thomas Geisler. So far his invention has proved a hit, with one of the hotel guests buying one of each gold items the ATM dispenses. Right now it only accepts local currency, but modifications for credit cards will soon be made.
The region’s high demand for gold, and the ongoing economic turbulence, make the Gold To GO ATM machine the perfect investment.

The Fire Dancing Ritual Of Bulgari
The Fire Dancing Ritual Of Bulgari :
A centuries-old custom that can be traced back to the Tracians, Nestinarstvo (Fire Dancing) is a mysterious ritual in which people actually dance on smouldering embers without getting any burns.
Believed to be one of the oldest pagan rituals in the Balkans, Nestinarstvo has defied persecution by both the Christian Church and communism and is still practiced in some Bulgarian and Greek speaking villages of the Strandzha Mountains. One of this remote settlements is the legendary Bulgari village, where people still dance on hot coals, just like their ancestors have done for thousands of years.
The enigmatic ritual of Nestinarstvo begins at sunset, when the chief nestinar (fire dancer), wearing a white shirt and red sash wrapped around his waist, arrives in Bulgari’s square and begins spreading the hot embers in a circle. Street lights are turned-off and all the villagers gather around the scorching dancing ring, accompanied by the sound of bagpipes and drums. The nestinari begin dancing around the circle, carrying religious icons, and then suddenly walk through fire, their feet lightly touching the red-hot embers, sometimes pressing down hard in circular motion. The dance continues until the nestinari put out the blaze with their feet.
The entire village of Bulgari takes part in the celebration, but only professional nestinari actually perform the fire dance. In ancient times, only women were chosen as nestinari, but nowadays it is also performed by men. These mysterious fire dancers have snow pale faces and keep their eyes half-closed during Nestinarstvo, leading many to believe they go into a spiritual trance that allows them to tell the future. As a matter of fact, a Bulgarian historian who has studied fire dancing since 1972, and wrote a book on it, called “Fire and Music”, claims she heard the prophecy of a Greek nestinar, in 1993, that predicted the Yugoslavian war that soon followed.
But the most amazing thing about Nestinarstvo is that medical examinations of the nestinari have revealed that the skin of their feet is tender and presents no traces of burns. Another curious fact is that objects that fall on the smouldering embers, like head-scarves of the women nestinari, never catch on fire. Eyewitnesses have even reported stories about fire dancers who tripped and fell on the hot coals, but simply got up and continued their dance like nothing had happened. According to the people of Bulgari, not anyone can perform this ritual, you have to be born a nestinari. They are special people who must have complete faith in the good, and wish evil on no one. This apparently keeps them safe, but requires a lot of mental preparation to master. Of course, having cold feet doesn’t hurt, either.
