We all know the nose has left and right side n we use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different!
You would be able to feel the difference.
During a headache, try to close your right nostril and use your left nostril to breath. In about 5 mins, you ll start feeling better.
If you feel tired, just reverse the process, close your left and breath through your right . After a while, you will feel refreshed.
Right side attribute’s 'heat' and the left side 'cold'.
Most female breathe with their left noses, that’s one of the reason they get "cooled off" faster than Men. Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up!
Have you ever noticed………! the moment we wake up, which side the breathing is faster? Left or right??
If left is faster, you will feel tired. Close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.
This can be taught to kids also. Of course helpful for adults.
Very simple exercise! why not give it a try…
